In this your precious life there are many opportunities from which to explore more of who you are with a curious open heart. Is life a mystery or is the mystery knowing who you are as you are giving meaning to life?
The moments chosen to tune to your heart, to feel your soul sing songs of truth, authenticity and love, to know yourself is to know and inner-stand all that is.
Within you, a deep, delicious mystery coloured in beauty as you choose to lovingly know yourself. As you move with compassionate grace shining loves light inward you inner-stand you are a reflection of life from many unique points of view.
Each point of view reveals definitions you may hold in your heart regarding challenges and situations presented. You are empowered to examine definitions and beliefs born from feelings, and you can choose to rewire the feelings connected to the beliefs.
Ask yourself… Are the beliefs within you aligned to who you prefer to be? Listen to the soft whispers within as you begin to inner-stand the mystery of you. Life will always bring experiences, challenges and opportuinities which benefit you, which could be negative or positive, if you feel an inner benefit to either, that is what you will experience.
Through self examination empowered you are to consciously choose feelings and beliefs that you prefer. Challenges yourself and choose to embrace the mystery of you, your truth, your authenticity, acknowledging, accepting and allowing the creation of a life you prefer.
