Life as a dance of inner change flowing, whispering, inviting.
the tingle of nerves, of facia nourished, as love lights you up.
Devoted and rooted, choosing heart first–you shift.
Love is a pivot point, an opening through which to step,
All of life conspires with the inner firing of your true heart.
Step forward, your wings unfolding as light tickles within,
the field, the tree, the sun, the birds, you, all one.
Show me the calm, coherent river that flows in everything,
eyes open, heart open, savour, the flavour of love’s favour.
Safely weave as life arrives through loving inner change,
meet where you are, feeling all things as blessings.
