About Me

Once upon a time, ten years ago, in a dark cave of brokenness, pain and loss, I was forced to go inward with courage and peel away layers of who I thought I was. Through the process of inner-standing my darkness, I discovered how to find the light in my heart again. My entire life has led me to curiously inner-stand perspectives, experiences, and challenges of our individual and collective humanness. I always search to inner-stand through the lens of unconditional love who I am and compassionately hold love for others on their journey.

My struggles and joys, in so many forms, each pulling me inward, exploring the unconditional love that I am in every facet of my life, brought me here to you. As you explore your inner self, you embark on a journey to see all facets of who you are as you are through the lens of unconditional love; I am your guide to inner exploration.
