As you remember three or more pieces of goodness in your life and you choose to hold love and gratitude for them, notice how that feels in your mind, heart and body. Amplify love and gratitude.

You amplify gratitude with thoughts, feelings and imagination and the energy is felt beyond your physicality. What would happen throughout the day as you choose to play with love, gratitude, thoughts, words, actions all infused with love for self and all hearts?

When you place gratitude in your beautiful heart you cast a light which is a way shower of love, truth and authenticity of who you are. This inward expression of loving gratitude allows sparks to ignite a fire within which inspires you and all to shine. Gratitude amplifies.

One-by-one as we amplify unconditional love and gratitude with an open heart and a deep inner-standing, a respect and compassion for all, we evolve. Let's have a hoot with love and gratitude creating an eLOVEution amplified collectively.
