Some emotions float on the surface of your heart, mind and body while others are felt in the depths. Some emotions are playful and childlike, while others are honest and open filling us with a curious desire to be inner-stood.
There are times when emotions hide, perhaps an emotion is fearful of being unloved, misunderstood and judged. When you choose to love each and every emotion as they arise, you have an opportunity to inner-stand and know the truth of you with unconditional love.
Each emotion loved, hugged and nurtured shines a brighter light, a warmth which makes you and the emotions feel safe. Allowing grace and compassion to comfort your anger, grief, heart break and other feelings you lovingly accept all knowing more of who you are.
As you inner-stand and love your emotions you discover feelings and beliefs tied to them begin to loosen there hold in your heart. As you love your anger, being with the feeling, allowing the wisdom of the emotion to become a teacher and suddenly you grow.
This is unconditional love and conscious self mastery. Woofs.
