What Love Says...Recover - October 7
Choose to hug yourself, and moment by moment hugging your thoughts, your words, your actions as if each requires love, respect and compassion. This is to recover your self mastery.
From a perspective of love you learn to master your inner self no matter what you face. Love knows who you are, love knows your thoughts are transient, adaptable and always maluable through inner-standing.
As you choose inner-standing and unconditional love that you are, you become aware that pain, sorrow inner turmoil, grief, emotions and feelings can change. You remember everything is energy and temporary so you choose to hug all as it is.
Facing every emotion with compassion you assist yourself in the expansion of your conscious awareness which guides you home to your heart and to thrive. Give yourself a hug while you bring awareness to feelings, emotions, thoughts, words, actions which arise within.
Through loving and releasing you choose self mastery and that's an unconditional love thing to create.
